Dust sealing ring is installed on the inside of the end cover of the hydraulic cylinder, the main sealing lip is exposed to the air, the sealing medium is the attached dust, sand, rain and frost and other dirt, to prevent external dust and rain from entering the sealing mechanism, affecting the viscosity of the hydraulic oil and scratching the sealing lip of the internal seal.

The piston rod is installed in the inside of the dust seal of the hydraulic cylinder end cover. The function is to prevent the leakage of the hydraulic oil. It is one of the main pressure bearing components. It requires good pressure holding performance under static state, high pressure bearing in motion, good sealing performance, small friction coefficient, strong anti-extrusion ability, etc.

Sealing materials mainly use rubber and synthetic resin, as a result of a variety of material performance characteristics, its use is also different.
