The polyurethane rod seal presents milky white, with smooth and compact surface and standard U-shaped structure. The modified NBR buffer seal and O-rings are classic black. The PTFE back-up ring is pure white with thin sheet shape. The metal-shell wiper seal combines silver metal outer ring and black rubber lip. The standard package contains all required seals, back-up rings and gaskets for one complete cylinder. Besides the standard version, we also provide low-temperature resistant version for northern cold areas and anti-corrosion version for port and chemical operation sites. All customized versions keep the same installation size and do not need to adjust equipment.

Q: What is the pressure resistance, temperature adaptability and actual service life of this seal kit under different working intensities?
A: This seal kit is designed for heavy-duty hydraulic systems of loaders, with a maximum bearing pressure up to 32MPa, fully meeting the high-pressure working demand of loading equipment. Its applicable temperature range is -30°C to 125°C. It will not become brittle and leak oil in severe cold environment, nor soften and fail under continuous high temperature generated by long-time operation. Under conventional earthwork and loading work, the overall service life can reach 4500 to 6500 working hours. In frequent heavy-load operation such as mine and stone yard, the service life is about 3000 to 4200 hours, which is obviously longer than ordinary low-cost seal kits on the market.

Q: Is this product compatible with original factory accessories? What matters need attention when replacing old seals?
A: All parts are produced strictly in accordance with OEM dimensional standards and tolerance requirements, so it can realize fully direct replacement and seamless assembly with original parts. It is compatible with old and new models of the matched wheel loaders. When replacing, you need to completely disassemble the hydraulic cylinder first, and clean the inner wall of the cylinder, piston, rod and installation grooves thoroughly to remove residual old seal fragments, oil dirt and metal particles. Before installing new seals, evenly daub clean hydraulic oil on all sealing lips. Do not use sharp tools to pry or pull the seals at will to prevent surface scratch and damage. After assembly, test the cylinder telescoping repeatedly to check for stuck or oil seepage problems.

A: Inferior seal kits use recycled raw materials and simple processing technology. Their seals are poor in wear resistance and pressure resistance. After a short period of use, they will deform, crack and fail, leading to continuous hydraulic oil leakage. On the one hand, oil leakage will reduce the working efficiency of the hydraulic cylinder, make the loader unable to lift heavy objects normally, and seriously affect the construction progress. On the other hand, external dust and impurities will enter the cylinder interior along the gap, scratch the cylinder wall and piston rod, and cause more serious damage to expensive hydraulic components. The later maintenance cost will be far higher than the cost of purchasing high-quality seal kits.

Q: What is your daily quality inspection standard for this product? How to ensure that the products are intact during transportation and storage?
A: Before leaving the factory, every batch of seal kits will pass full inspection including size measurement, material hardness test, compression resilience test and hydraulic sealing simulation test. Unqualified products will be eliminated directly. Each complete set is put into an independent oil-proof and dust-proof plastic bag with clear part number and model label. Then multiple sets are packed into thickened cartons with foam filling inside to prevent extrusion and collision during long-distance transportation. For long-term warehouse storage, it is suggested to place the products in dry, ventilated and cool environment, avoid direct sunlight and high temperature, so as to prevent rubber parts from premature aging.
